We want you to be fully satisfied with your MGK Official Store gear, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drop items and autographed collectibles are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
